Productivity and miniatures

Frank here.

I got some really nifty fanart from Gloom, a friend of mine from the far-off land of Halifax. :D

I must admit I am very pleased with how the comic is moving along. I’ve never been this productive on a project before in my life. June’s been enjoying the experience, too. She’s got an amazing talent for witty dialogue that I can’t hope to match. :)

I’m aware that the website is still pretty much in the dark. Not many people know about it yet simply because we haven’t really started advertising it, yet. I’ve been told from many sources that it’s always best to have 10-or-so comics in the archives before really getting your comic known. So that means that sometime next month we’ll really start to put Edemia on the map. ;)

In other news, I’ve been quite interested in miniatures lately. Namely Warhammer 40k and Dungeons&Dragons minis. See, I have this philosophy that while videogames are amazing fun, they don’t last. If I want to play a ten-year old game chances are I’ll need to fiddle around on my PC for third-party software that will, maybe, make it work. Miniature games, on the other hand, last as long as plastic and paper does. So if I wanna teach my grand-kids how to make Space Marines fight Space Orks, chances are there’ll be no problem at all save a bit of dust. Just my two cents.

That’s it for now. See you monday for the next comic! :D
