So after looking over the comments and a few emails, we've decided to name Otterpoet the winner of the Pi Day contest for his idea:

"How about a Reduce Berry pie? In Bob’s typically ‘helpful’ manner, they pick a Reduce Berry pie to help shrink Xany’s waistline. Regrettably, they just shrink her down to the size of a grapefruit – a round and grumpy grapefruit."
