So Frank and I went to see The Avengers last week, despite the fact that 1) theatres are overpriced; 2) we don’t like 3D; and 3) it was Friday evening and therefore rather crowded.
I liked it so much that I didn’t mind the idiot who kept kicking my seat and the fact that they don’t make 3D glasses for stubby Asian noses like mine.
I’m not a movie person, so Frank had sat me through all the characters’ movies in preparation for last night. So I went into the theatre with a preemptive preference for Thor, Iron Man, and Hulk, in that order. Thor is still my favourite Avenger, but holy moly Hulk was ten million kinds of awesome. I don’t usually approve of people applauding at the movies, but that scene during the climax totally justified it.
Speaking of Loki… that is the sexiest evil smile ever. If he told me to kneel, I’d be like, lol k.

I know, I know, still no comic. Here's a sketch of Bob in a bikini for now.

The upcoming Warhammer 40k tournament has been keeping me very busy lately. Miniature painting is surprisingly time-consuming and this is the first time I actually have a deadline to finish my army. I'm not in full-on panic mode (yet), but it has still been taking up most of my evenings.
Here are some progress pictures.

So, any wargamers out there?

Comic's going to be a bit late. Expect to see a new page around Monday evening!
In an effort to stimulate conversation, we would love to hear what you guys would like out of our little corner of the internet. So tell us, how can we make Edemia better?
Also, yeah, we know "update more often!" is a valid point. :P

We're almost there, gang! Pretty soon we will officially start production of Xany's Journey: Chapter 2! If we reach our goal, I will also make you guys a desktop wallpaper featuring everyone's favorite ranger.

So a friend and I have signed up for the Arena Montreal Warhammer 40k tournament. What's that, you say? Have a look here.
So this means that I actually need to finish painting my Ork army! Seeing as how I rarely know what to blog about, I figured I'd just talk about my progress. So... here's a picture of my first completed squad: a mob of slugga boyz riding a trukk!
